But if you know Clive Palmer (he taught one of my classes back at university), he&#039;s doing this to...flatter...&quot;the Chinese.&quot; He does a lot of China-related business, and this will no doubt put him on the famous Western billionaires list, alongside Warren Buffett and Bill Gates. He&#039;s effectively pulling a Donald Trump and building himself as a brand. Not necessarily a bad move on his part, though it does push him quite a bit closer to the eccentric billionaire ledge.]]></description>
