Got to say… I don’t see much in the way of lights being shone in that video, just one car off the road. The video also seems to be shot from waaaaay back from the road- so I’m not sure it would be obvious to drivers that they needed to stop until it was too late. Granted, at that point they should obviously stop.

The ultimate punishment must be given to these heartless people. The law must be enforced to stop this despicable and shocking actions on the part of car drivers whoever they are from which ever level of society. No more “My father is Li Gang,” spectacles and humiliations for those affected but powerless to act.
