		<description><![CDATA[The way the traffic system is set up here, when pedestrians have the green light to cross, the cars are also allowed to turn right on red, and will not allow the pedestrians to cross the street. Moreover, in many intersections, when it&#039;s green for a pedestrian, it is ALSO green for a car to turn left and drive across the pedestrian crossing. Specifically at a crossing next to my apartment, you can ONLY jaywalk if you hope to make it to the other side of the street -- otherwise you will be hit by traffic from multiple directions.]]></description>
