If so, he doesn’t have the only copy in existence.

The WaPo story seems to be unclear on whether or not Zhu’s data transfer evaded the Chongqing authorities’ attempts to destroy the other videos. It says he “then transferred” files that Zhu’s source said had been destroyed.
