As much as I want to believe its real, I think its fake. Look at the funny hat covering the kinfe-girl’s face, is it pulled so low to hide how young she is? And is she really going to kill herself with that little knife? And where will the knife go, she’s wearing like 8 layers of clothes. This whole scene was probably staged = fake. Like most things in China, they are fake and cannot be taken at face-value. I find it odd that of all the people watching this act, only a young girl dressed in mini-shorts on a cold night was the one that subdued the crazed woman. This is nothing more than bubble-gum entertainment for a bored viewer.
