this seems like a pretty basic reading of the situation to me.
of course the players who don’t mind getting hands dirty might win some. but for how long? we’ve seen major companies like youku which used to be infested with IP-infringement go legit because they wanted to play at the adults’ table – so they followed adults’ rules.
it’s actually a bit surprising Eric of Google can’t seem past that and even (grudgingly) suggest US get its hands dirty too.
