All those “failed” launches claim to have just failed, but you don’t know what they were testing. There’s essentially zero intel about DPRK capabilities and anyone invited in to see what’s going on tends to be shocked at what is revealed. Nukes ain’t hard to build, neither are missiles. DPRK is basically just throwing US shit back at the US now rather than staying silent and taking it.
