The overloading need not be organized or even deliberate, it&#039;ll just be natural.  America is free partly because the sysem is sound, the good work of people two and three hundred years ago in America and Europe, but also because there are millions of Saul Alinskys and Daniel Ellesbergs, in every church, PTA, college and school.
