Jesus Christ you would think no other country ever had this problem and maybe came up with a solution better than this. Pitiful.

I saw something similar in Shanghai, a large fruit store had fruit on the sidewalk, slightly at best affecting foot traffic, which was minimal. The bastards snuck up and tried to steal their fruit, all the young girls working there went running to stop the truck they had thrown the fruit onto, and it just turned into a clusterfuck. So stupid.

All it would have taken was one young girl to slip and get run over, and you would have had a mass incident. Just because “the rules are the rules”. Which somehow means, we get to steal from you if we want.

Sensational garbage? The man in uniform performed a two-footed stomp on someone’s head. That’s not allowed. Nothing sensational about it.

Itch in the yellow shirt should have been in uniform, if she wasn’t uniformed and got involved, she should be brought up on a charge.

In Hong Kong, the FEHD, AFCD, Lands Dept and Traffic Wardens encounter similar problems: restaurants, shops, houses and cars that “temporarily” encroach.

The rich use electric awnings, the sandwich class flower pots and derelict cars, the grassroots whatever comes to hand.
