Bush weakened US so incompetently & badly in his Iraq et all misadventures that it allowed China to rise unchallenged, while Chen weakened Taiwan so badly through his singular rhetorical reign (Mainlanders are bad) that the commies now can take Taiwan without firing a single shot.
