		<description><![CDATA[Me thinks its hypocritical and naive to take the boy scout attitude of CNBC towards the practise of Guangxi hiring practises to win business in China &amp; elsewhere. To think that Guangxi is not practised in the US &amp; other western countries is moronic. The only difference is the sophistication &amp; refinement used in the west. To think that moneyed interest pays the big bucks to Tony Blair, Bill Clinton &amp; other like for their good looks is laughable. Its for their rolodex, stupid.]]></description>
