Upset over nothing. Haze is a poor translation from an obviously Chinese writer, big deal. How long have you been in China? Do you really expect high-quality English on silly little notes in your building complex? They're not playing silly buggers with language, they're just incompetent. This note was ordered by a Chinese manager and given to a Chinese worker to produce, so there are errors. And what on Earth does this have to do with toadying up to authority?

Also, wearing a hat is not barmy, it makes perfect sense to keep the smog out of your hair, as the poster suggests. Breathing through your nose is useless against pm2.5 but not useless against the vast number of other pollutants that make up the smog. I really don't get what your deal is in this article. Yes it's a stupid notice, but you see stupid notices in China every single day.

ps. not a wumao, don't like the CCP, just think this attack is inane and unnecessarily bitter.
