Wrong video. In the actual clip (try this link: http://blog.naver.com/daeji11/110171759540 ) the anchor says "사망자 두 명은 한국인이 아닌 중국인으로 밝혀졌다. 우리 입장에서는 정말 다행이라고 말할 수 있다" I would translate this as "It has become clear that the two dead are Chinese not Korean. From our point of view, it could be said that this is really quite fortunate."

Others were not so sensitive, such as a South Korean TV host who reportedly said it was “lucky” that the dead passengers are Chinese and not Korean. Reports Sina:

This appalling comment has sparked strong criticism from Korean TV audiences, with many found it to be improper and questionable, and some even accuse the host of being “inhumane.”

Not surprisingly, the South Korean host and his remarks have also stirred the anger of Chinese people. He is currently the target of Chinese Internet users, many of whom demand an official apology.

That apology should definitely be forthcoming. UPDATE, 7/9, 12:48 pm: As predicted, Channel A has apologized.

"nationalism has no place here"

Actually nationalism does have a place here you idiot.

The only reason this crash is being so widely reported in China is because the victims were Chinese.

Media all over the world routinely focus more on tragedies that involve their nationals.

Since I don't speak Korean and will not be able to judge the tone used I cannot even be bothered watching any of the videos. However, were an Air China plane to crash, with loss of life that happened to spare all Chinese on board, I would not be surprised if (during the inevitably hours and hours of media coverage) a Chinese news presenter expressed a similar sentiment. I agree its not particularly good form, but that's it.

Nor would I be surprised if exactly the same situation occurred with the national airline and national media of my country.

Yesterday you were demanding apologies for this. Ridiculous. Typical Chinese ranting.
