So.. this is funny because wearing another layer of clothing makes you warmer?
I can relate. It’s funny because back home we’d never think of wearing long underwear. Too much like wearing pantyhose. But the damp winters start really kicking your ass. So you go buy a set of them, perhaps light green with little yellow bunnies down the side. And then once you give them a try you realize how warm they keep you and you’re reaction is along the lines of “Wow, Chinese winter can suck my cock!!!!
I get it. Back home in the northern part of norther america I never even owned a pair of these. Here I have at least 6 top and bottom sets. The winters here are not nearly as cold as the ones from my hometown but there is something about them that gets into your bones.
Yeah, in cold weather you should wear more clothes! haha!
It has to be the wind..the wind here seems so..explosive. But a sneak-up-on-you kind of explosive.
Up here in Dongbei in the wintertime, real men sport crotchless longjohns under split pants, just in case we suddenly feel like letting loose by the side of the road.
I never used to wear them. Then the first wife got me two pairs. Not those old granddad ‘long johns’ things – these were state of the art. They look like they were designed for astronauts.
I now have several pairs and I am now wearing them daily.
What is it about Chinese winters? It’s communist cold so it’s more bitter.
(hey I’m funnier than Laowai Comics all of a sudden!)
