In the above, a man in Hunan province is just minding his business, standing on his motorcycle, when a police car stealthily approaches from behind. Trying not to startle him, the voiceover in the video tells us, the cop slowly pulls even, rolls down his window, and informs the motorcyclist that, Hey, dude…
Everyone remains on good terms and proceeds on their way. The newscaster tells us the police had this to say about the incident (which you can hear in the extended Youku version of this video after the jump): please ride motorcycles properly, for you otherwise endanger yourself and those around you.
