Big Pile O' Fragrant Roses
It’s a wedding cake for a wedding necessitated by the girl getting pregnant. However, since it takes a long time to organize a wedding, she was about 9 months in at the time. So, her water broke and she started giving birth right there. The bloody pepper is the afterbirth.
